In Torre Gran, an urbanization just before arrival in L'Estartit, is this beautiful 2 bedroom house with a private pool.
Nice semi-detached house with private pool in urbanization Torre Gran - L´Estartit, 3km from the beach! Ground floor: kitchen, living room, dining room with patio doors to the terrace, 2 bedrooms and bathroom with shower. Parking at the house. There is a microwave, washing machine and television with satellite, wifi.
Torre Gran is a nice quiet neighbourhood. At the entrance there is a supermarket where you can also get fresh bread from the bakery in the morning. The house is located in a quiet street and there is easy parking on site. The garden is closed.
You can find us every day (except Sunday) at the office on the main street (Carretera de L'Estartit KM1) across the road of the gas station ( Repsol) for any problems or questions. From 9:00 / 13:00 and from 15:00 / 18:00
L'Estartit beach is a nice place. There is a wide sandy beach that slopes gently. And plenty of parking. (free) The Medes Islands are very popular with divers and for snorkeling. There is a daily sea of excursions, it is also nice to go there with paddle surfing, windsurfing or canoeing. But a boat trip to the islands is also worth a visit.
There is a pleasant shopping street, boulevard and many terraces, restaurants and bars. Torroella de Montgrí is a typical Catalan town with streets and small shops, terraces and a nice weekly market. In L'Estartit on the boulevard there are several restaurants that are very good.
The easiest mode of transport is the car. This gives the opportunity to go to all the surrounding villages, towns and beaches. There is a bus that runs between Torroella de Montgrí and L'Estartit, it stops at the supermarket at the entrance of Torre Vella, Torre Gran. Closest airport is Girona then Barcelona. And the nearest train station is Flaçà.
Towels and sheets are not included.
