A spacious 114 m² apartment in Torre Vella, designed for sharing, with comfortable living spaces, three bedrooms and enough room for everyone to find their own space.
Sleeping up to 6 guests, it is particularly well suited to families or groups of friends looking to enjoy time together on the Costa Brava without compromising on space or comfort. Its three bedrooms, with one double bed and four single beds, offer a flexible arrangement for different groups.
The open-plan kitchen connects naturally with the living area and is fully equipped with a washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave and coffee machine. A space made for cooking together, enjoying a leisurely breakfast or gathering around the dining table after a day exploring the Empordà.
The living room is one of the features that gives the house its character. The fireplace brings warmth and atmosphere, creating a particularly inviting place to spend time together when the day calls for staying in. And when the sun comes out, the furnished terrace extends the living space outdoors.
La Dorada 10 has two bathrooms, as well as WiFi, a private entrance and private parking, making it easy and comfortable to share the house, even when travelling as a group.
During the summer months, Torre Vella’s communal swimming pool becomes another place to enjoy the day. And beyond the development, there is a whole landscape to discover: the beaches of l’Estartit, the Medes Islands, the Montgrí Natural Park and the charming villages of the Baix Empordà.
