Some homes have a special way of making summer begin the moment you arrive. Tarraco 14 is one of them. A welcoming townhouse in l’Estartit, just a short distance from the beach and town centre, where the terrace opens directly onto the garden and communal pool, making outdoor living an essential part of the holiday.

Sleeping up to 6 guests, the house has 3 bedrooms arranged over three levels, allowing each space to have its own character. The ground floor features the separate kitchen, living-dining area, a guest toilet and the terrace; the first floor has two bedrooms, a bathroom and a balcony, while the third bedroom occupies the top floor.

The terrace is undoubtedly one of the features that defines Tarraco 14. From here, you can step straight into the communal garden and pool, making it wonderfully easy to move from breakfast to a swim, from a leisurely lunch to an afternoon by the pool, or from reading in the sun to dinner outdoors.

The separate kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, oven, fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle and coffee machine. The living-dining area provides a comfortable space to gather and features a wood-burning fireplace and central heating, making the house equally inviting when temperatures are cooler. The main bedroom also has air conditioning.
