The fully equipped separate kitchen includes a fridge, oven, microwave, washing machine, coffee machine and everything you need to prepare anything from a leisurely breakfast before heading to the beach to a relaxed dinner after a day exploring the beauty of l'Empordà.
The bright and cosy living room, complete with a fireplace, opens onto a private terrace furnished for outdoor living. It's the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee, share long lunches in the sunshine or unwind with a glass of wine as warm Mediterranean evenings unfold.
Designed with comfort in mind, the house offers a full bathroom with a bathtub upstairs as well as an additional guest toilet on the ground floor. Air conditioning in the living room and selected bedrooms, together with free WiFi, ensures a pleasant stay throughout the warmer months.

Some homes have a special way of making summer begin the moment you arrive. Tarraco 14 is one of them. A welcoming townhouse in l’Estartit, just a short distance from the beach and town centre, where the terrace opens directly onto the garden and communal pool, making outdoor living an essential part of the holiday.
Sleeping up to 6 guests, the house has 3 bedrooms arranged over three levels, allowing each space to have its own character. The ground floor features the separate kitchen, living-dining area, a guest toilet and the terrace; the first floor has two bedrooms, a bathroom and a balcony, while the third bedroom occupies the top floor.
