The house is located in the urbanization of Torre Vella, 3 km from L'Estartit. Nice and very quiet area, has a garden, closed parking and terrace with views. At 150m there is the community pool of Torre Vella.
The house has 2 floors, there are 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 toilet, open kitchen with living room and dining room.
Torre Vella is a very nice and quiet urbanization. The house has very nice views. An ideal place to return to every day after the beach or excursions.
The pool is a community pool which is located at Restaurant Torre Vella about 3 minutes from the house.
You can find us every day (except Sunday) at the office on the main street (Carretera de L'Estartit KM1) across the road of the gas station ( Repsol) for any problems or questions. From 9:00 / 13:00 and from 15:00 / 18:00
Torre Vella is located between Torroella (3km) and l'Estartit (3km). It is a very quiet and beautiful urbanization surrounded by forest and mountains. At the entrance there is a supermarket open all year.
You can do activities such as: scuba diving to the Medes islands, surfing, kayaking, snorkeling, horseback riding, tennis, paddle tennis, ultra light... During the summer there are also activities such as concerts, markets, festivals... In Torroella you can find the Montgrí mountain where there is a castle with impressive views.
We recommend a car. Torre Vella is located on a mountain and the easiest way to get around is by car.
Towels and sheets are not included.
