Beautiful house, situated on the edge of the forest in the Torre Vella district. At the communal swimming pool of Montmar. Via the stairs on the side of the house you reach the entrance. There is an open kitchen with a separate dining area adjacent to the living room with fireplace, a sitting area and patio doors to the terrace with beautiful views of the area and the communal swimming pool. On the first floor there is a bedroom with windows overlooking the garden and the forest at the back of the house and 1 bathroom with shower. On the 2nd floor, 2 bedrooms, bathroom and terrace. Air conditioning in the rooms (2) on the second floor. In the living room there is a ceiling fan. Behind the house, adjacent to the edge of the forest a beautiful large terrace.
